Today, we raise our glasses to celebrate the grand opening of Patrick Clay’s Icon Tavern in Downtown Odessa. This momentous occasion is not only a milestone for our friends Shawn Rodriguez, Bradley Marquez, and Jobey Commander but also a testament to the power of dreams and the enduring spirit of friendship.
Patrick Clay’s Icon Tavern is more than just a sports bar – it’s a legacy brought to life. The tavern is named after the late Patrick Clay Rodriguez, a dreamer whose love for sports and his city inspired this incredible venture. Patrick’s vision was shared and carried forward by his brother Shawn and his good friend, Bradley, a former NFL receiver and Odessa High Bronchos star athlete. Joined by Jobey, the trio worked tirelessly to bring Patrick’s dream to fruition, even after his untimely passing in 2020.
The grand opening of Patrick Clay’s Icon Tavern realizes this shared dream. The tavern is a beacon of community spirit and sportsmanship in Downtown Odessa, honoring iconic sports moments and local athletes. It’s a place where patrons can enjoy the game, good food, and drinks and feel connected to a deeper story of perseverance, friendship, and unwavering belief in a dream.

We were entrusted with designing the logo and website for Patrick Clay’s Icon Tavern – a responsibility we didn’t take lightly, knowing how much this project means to Shawn, Jobey, and Bradley.
